Meetings matter. A LOT. When done well, meetings are a vehicle for engagement, motivation, and effective communication, and have a profound impact on your culture. When done poorly, they are soul crushing.

Audits assess how leaders and teams participate in meetings and what they can do better to maximize the time, energy and contribution of everyone involved.

(Anonymous) Stakeholder feedback on how meetings currently go for your team
Meeting observations, video or on site
An assessment of what’s working and recommendations for what could work better
Up to 3 co-facilitated meetings to give new and improved structures a test drive
Additional 1:1 and/or team coaching as needed to make it all hum
