Field Observations

After 360° Feedback, field observations are my next favorite leadership development intervention. They are a propellant for leadership growth. Not unlike scientists who observe research subjects in their natural habitats, Field Observations allow me to see how you do you.

How does it work?

I observe a meeting led or attended by you (on site, virtual or recorded), tracking what you do that works well and what could work better. From there:

  • We design experiments you can put into practice immediately and then we get feedback on how they worked

  • We go for round 2 (or more) as needed

Meeting Observations are done in conjunction with 1:1 Coaching
